Incredibly, in my first 25 years in the real estate business, I had never asked anyone to provide a testimonial on my behalf. But, now that I have a website with a "testimonial" page, I'm going to start asking.

Cory Brinkerhoff is a unique real estate agent: he listens to his clients and then shows them houses they would like to live in rather than houses that just happen to be for sale. When he represents sellers, he brings people to view the home who are truly interested in that home. He has represented me in both roles. He took all the work out of buying and selling. Too bad he doesn't pack boxes for the move too.
